Challenge #2

Oops. I should have posted this yesterday.

Challenge #2 is: No eating after 7pm. Nothing at all. You can drink water.

Are you thinking, "I could totally do that if I wanted to. But it's dumb."

Yeah, you can't do it....but my ladies can.

And they will.

No evening snacks, no late night popcorn at the movies, and no dining till dawn? Okay! And wait, no soda for another week...Hmmm, if you insist! ;o)

Not even a bowl of icecream after the kids go to bed? I have to! I need you to tell me what to do for my belly.......i can't get rid of it. Don't worry my ACSM cert. is expired and i don't know anything anymore, sad huh?
