Although I'm happy to have been in "2nd" two times this month, I'm quite saddened to have only lost 6 pounds this month. Seems pathetically SMALL. I shall double that number in the next four weeks!!! (but there is still happiness in a steady decline, right!?!)

Wow! I think 6 lbs. in a month is great. Sounds like sustainable weight loss to me. I figured it out and I've lost 3.375 lbs. per MONTH. I'm still going down, but I feel like the lifestyle and choices are sustainable! Steady down, permenant down. Go girl!
